SMS Messaging Terms

Mission Integrated Systems operates an SMS notification program through its Titan platform for the purpose of sending work assignment notifications to employees and authorized personnel.

• Program description: Participants will receive SMS text messages notifying them of job assignments, project details, start dates, shift information, and related operational updates.
• How to opt in: Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number to Mission Integrated Systems or Titan during employment onboarding or account setup and verbally consenting to receive SMS notifications.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on job assignments. You may receive multiple messages per week during active assignment periods.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• How to get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at sales@missionintegratedsystems.com.
• Data sharing: Mobile information and phone numbers collected for this program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of Services

Limitation of Liability
