Ride Garage — Privacy Policy

Overview

Ride Garage (“the App”) is developed by Mission Integrated Systems. This policy describes what data the App collects, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

Information You Provide

The App stores the information you enter, including vehicle details, maintenance records, service history, costs, notes, photos, and documents. This data is stored on your device and, for users with an active subscription, may be synced to secure cloud storage operated by Cloudflare (R2) on your behalf.

We do not require you to create an account or provide a name or email address to use the App.

Subscription & Purchases

Ride Garage offers an auto-renewable annual subscription (“Ride Garage Pro”) processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing, receipts, and subscription management are handled by Apple. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your payment data.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the App's features:

• Displaying and organizing your vehicle and maintenance records
• Delivering service reminders and alerts
• Enabling export of your maintenance history
• Syncing your data across your devices (Pro subscribers)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Data you upload (photos, documents, records) is stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Cloudflare applies industry-standard security controls. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains in cloud storage as long as you use the App. You may delete individual records or all data at any time within the App. To request complete deletion of your data from our servers, contact us at the address below.

Analytics & Diagnostics

The App does not use third-party analytics services. Apple may collect anonymized usage and crash data through its standard App Store diagnostic tools if you have enabled sharing with app developers in your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Ride Garage is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
